Vendor Sign-Up

We are looking for vendors that sell vintage tech, retro items, replacement parts, new devices for old computers, and any other fun related stuff you have.

(If you are not looking to sell products, then sign-up to be a (non-selling) Exhibitor. We also have a Consignment Area, if you have items you would like to sell that way.)

Minimum Vendor Fee: $100

(depends on number of tables and badges)

- Load-in & Set-up: Friday Evening

- Exhibitor Hall Access: 1 Hour Before Public

- Saturday Exhibit Hall Public Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

- Sunday Exhibit Hall Public Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

- Breakdown & Load-out: Sunday 6 PM - 8 PM

Note: State law requires us as festival operators to have California Sellers Permit related paperwork on-file for every Vendor selling at our festival. It is easy, and we will email you additional details on that. After we have that required paperwork we can send you an electronic payment request to cover your VCF SoCal Vendor fees.
